4 large potatoes

2 carrots

4-5 large sprigs of chives

Green garlic - 4-5 large sprigs

100 gr. parsley

'50 mint

1 bay leaf

black pepper

paprika

salt

Olive oil - 200 grams. (Or 100 g. Sunflower oil and 100 g. Olive)

All chop and mix together with spices in a glass pan. Add water (enough to left with two fingers below the production level).

Cover glass cover pan and put in the oven at 200 degrees to the boil, then lowered to 150 degrees and bake for a total of about 3 hours. If the meat is baked noticeably on top and can be dry - usually about 30-40 minutes before baking, it is possible to mix).
