What should a Jew wish a comrade when he sneezes?

Mishnah Brura (230, 7) writes that a person who sneezes should be wished: “be healthy” (livriyut), and he should answer: “be blessed” (baruch tiye). Then the sneezing person should say the verse (Bereshit, 49, 18) “I hoped for Your salvation, Lord” (Liishuatha kiviti Hashem).
