THE TASTE OF DASH

The service of the Creator on the path of Baal aSulam. Translation from Hebrew - Meir Gorshtein.

("הי שמעתי שמעך", כרך א, עמ'.רסו)

When a person works under compulsion, he tastes the dust. But in any case, he must believe that the Creator considers his work to be work for Him.

And through this faith, a person gets used to work without "taste" (more precisely, not for the sake of receiving) and can enjoy the Creator. And to take pleasure not in receiving for one's own sake, but in that which "brings joy to the Creator" (the received Light passes through the previously expelled Partzufs). All because I'm used to working without a logical material meaning - getting for myself.
