What is the psalms of the Tehillim for sick person (Refuah Sheleimah)?

For sick person best read like it:

1 step)

Need tell some psalms of the Tehillim - for example the following thirty-six chapters of Psalms: 20, 6, 9, 13, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 37, 38, 39, 41, 49, 55, 56, 69, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 102, 103, 104, 107, 116, 118, 142, 143, and 148.

2 step)

After this, recite the stanzas from Psalm 119 that correspond to the letters of the ill individual's Jewish name.

Psalm 119 is containing 22 stanzas, each stanza have 8 verses that begin with the same letter from the Hebrew alphabet. The first eight verses all start with the letter aleph, the next eight begin with bet, the next eight with gimel, etc.

For example if the ill's name is Rachel (רחל), so need read stanzas that begin with resh(ר), chet(ח) and lamed(ל).

Some additionally spell out the word ben/bat (son or daughter of) and the mother’s Hebrew name.

3 step)

After that need say the Hebrew words “kara satan” – “tear Satan” – implying that the sick person’s negative decree should be annulled.

It's means need recite the six stanzas that correspond to the words קרע שטן ("destroy the Prosecutor"): kuf(ק), resh(ר), ayin(ע), shin(ש), tet,(ט) and nun(ן) from the Psalm 119
